We have a preK-12 school, because we take educating our children very seriously. Our church is a busy place on Wednesday night, with Bible study, confirmation, and Advent and Lent dinners and services. And then there is our a nationally-ranked basketball team that spreads the message of Jesus Christ, a team of eight adults who guide the confirmation experience, and a zillion other activities. Usually we sing contemporary songs accompanied by organ. But you occasionally might find yourself singing a song from the old blue hymnal, or being led by our Praise Team (including guitar and drums). Pastor Stelzer likes to have something for everyone.
Those are pieces of our church. But we do not fit in a box or on a website; you'll have to visit us. Our regular Sunday services are at 8:00 and 11:00 AM. Child care is available. Between services (9:30) is "Kid Vision" for children and different Bible study groups for adults. The Hearts Afire service for "young adults" is 7:30 PM (and they do NOT use the blue hymnal). We would love to have you at any of these services. It's all dedicated to Jesus Christ, who died on the cross to save us. The church, our time, our possessions, they're all his. Amen. | |
